Labour tackles oil firms over debts to contractors

Workers under the auspices of Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) have fallen out with some international oil companies over the latter’s failure to pay stevedoring service charges. Following the unending battle between labour and the Federal Government over new minimum wage, the Governor of Kebbi State, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu, has called on Nigerians to sympathise with some state governors over their inability to pay the proposed N30,000.
